what is the best program to use for video editing?

    adobe premier for windows platform, just simply drag and drop
    for mac os final cut pro, avid is good as well just somewhat different

    How about final cut pro...many guys on audio and video editing use mac related software...best to use it, made a video mix with it....awesome edits done with spectrum effects...natural and easy to use.

    For video editing there can be quite a lot of software at your dispense, if you're looking for more of CGI I would recommend Adobe After Effects, if you're looking just to edit clips I'd recommend Final Cut Pro if you're on Mac or Sony Vegas although they don't make that anymore so I'd go with Adobe Premiere if you want a more up to date software

    for a beginner i would recommend sony vegas and if you want to go pro you can use adobe premierre

    If you want to be really extreme with editing, Adobe After Effects is the way to go but it is a difficult program

    I use iMovie in combination with Adobe Premiere.

    Fianl Cut Pro. Easy to use and alot of tutorials to get you up to speed
