Vista Sound Problem!

    I have a
    Dell Inspiron 530S
    Windows Vista Home Premium with a 64-bit operating system with 4 GB RAM.
    processing on Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50 GHZ


    My problem is when I play music for about 45 minutes and less than an hour, it "always" sticks and replays itself over and over until I restart it. I've looked online for a solution, but I couldn't find anything. This has been ongoing for about the past 3-5 months. If you know a solution or anything that could possibly help, it would be greatly appreciated.
