Syncing a W755?

    I just got my phone Motorola W755, and I am having trouble with syncing music and photos to and from my phone. I already have the phone tools program and usb and everything. I hooked everything up and when I open the phone tools hooked up with the phone it said "Mobile phone tools has not detected your mobile phone"
    Can somebody help me? [​IMG]
