Something Wrong with My Tv....

    When i turn on my tv, i can see the tv shows but i cant see it clearly. There is static electricity so i can barely see. How do i get rid of the static electricity?

    try opening the tv and blowing out all the dust inside! make shure all wires are good! and then turn it bak on!

    are the images different colors and does it go diagonal and back sometimes?if so your ic chip is bad and needs to be replaced or you guns might need to be alligned. do you have a projection tv?

    The problem is not on your end, it's probably where the cable is connected, either on the side of your house or on the post itself; your signal is weak, hence the static. I would suggest you call the cable company and let them send a technician out to fix the problem, it's usually free.

    just give them a call and report the problem; they'll go through some troubleshooting steps with you. if that doesn't fix it, then they'll send a technician.

    Alright, thanks I just wanted to know If i can fix this myself before I called the DISH NETWORK Company.

    does it do the same shit if u play a dvd or video game..using the component wires or cables?
