Ok so i've seen that serato has this thing called "smart crate". i hear its suppose to update itself... sounds really good because its always a task to scan all the new music. Does anybody know what to do or how to set it up? I read on the serato forum and i dont understand the "rule thing"

It does not scan a folder it only scans a rule that you set. Lets say you add a new crate with a 1000 different songs you just downloaded, they are a mix of 2015 hip hop, 2015 pop, R&B etc... You have a party coming up and want to organize some 2015 hip hop so you can create a Smart Crate where any track added with the year "2015" and genre "hip hop" goes into that particular crate to be organized. This is a simple example but their are many possibilities. Its another level of organizing your files
