What are your opinions on current DJ record pools? I have used Franchise in the past but i'm looking for a change. I'm big on back catalogues.

Honestly Franchise has been crap lately. I've been using ZIP DJ and Caribbean music pool. ZIP DJ has a ton of stuff and you can buy like months at a time (they are expensive) but their catalog is huge and they have a ton of music from back in the day too. Try it out.

Definitely try ZIPDJ due to their expansive catalogs, you won't regret it.

DJCity is pretty good, it doesn't have a huge back catalogue (old school stuff), mostly newer stuff but it's pretty good. they have a deal right now for $10 for ALL new members.

Dj City is good, but not so much on back catalog, but new music and latin music they are boss

For what these pools charge it's a crime. ZIPDJ is okay I downloaded like 30 gigs in 3 months of there service. Lots of back catalog stuff. Not a lot of caribbean music, or up to date dance music.

I bounce between record pools as time goes on, and I probably use them once or twice a month to grab some intro edits/clean versions of hip hop songs. None of them are the holy grail for a West Indian DJ. Having been in the game so long, the way I've gotten most my music hasn't changed much (email / P2P / and MASTAHPIECE)
