i did some research on my processor (mobile intel celeron 410) and compared it to the 420, 430, 440 and 450 and it turns out they appear to be the same processor, just different multipliers thus greater speed (correct me if im wrong) and i have researched and saw that someone overclocked the same 410 processor to above 2000 MHz so i know its possible.

    info from
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Celeron_microprocessors
    (under yonah-1024)

can anyone teach me or make me a custom bios to flash onto this thing to unlock the multiplier settings in the bios? i dont care if this deteriorates the processor or even damages it cause i can easily get a new processor.

laptop - acer travelmate 2480 series
