All of a sudden my computer does not identify my ipod or any of my apple products Itunes (12.5.3) is the current version.
Not sure if you got this resolved yet, but sometimes they become an "unknown device". This happened to me a handful of times. If you go into your device manager, and under USB devices, it should be there. Right click it and you will see update drivers or something along those lines. There most likely isn't new drivers, but it fixes the problem. Hope that helps.
