    Your best place to start would be the Android SDK and a simple walkthrough. Google is your friend.

    There are easy builders available, but the best way is to write the application in Java with Android Studio. Just Google it and you will find multiple tutorials.

    I know JavaScript so I just build mines using Cordova. Can also be used for iOS apps.
