Extend Taskbar to Second Monitor

    Ok. So I have a widescreen tv and a monitor connected to my computer. I want my taskbar to show up on the 2nd monitor. If it can be cloned there that would be nice, but if i can get it to extend that'll be good too. How do I do that. There's no settings in my display properties to do that from what i've seen.
