Curry Making Tips?!

    When I make curry i use a lot of geera to get a roasted dark color, and i tend to dry it down. I also like to add dry geera on top of my vegetables when browning them, i find this helps!

    A few cinnamon sticks can be used to add flavor, but sure not to add too much. You can start with two pieces then go from there

    When you call it chicken curry instead of curry chicken, it tastes better too.

    I like to add a little bit of Geera at the end. As well as a little bandana.

    Curry does not taste good unless you add these ingredients.. Curry , Geera, onion, garlic, shadow benny or bandana, hot pepper, pich of amchar masala and salt.
