Can anyone help me find this song or artist?

hello,

When i was a kid my uncle gave me a cassette with all this cool songs, but now i lost this cassette...

i know that there was one song, a kinda remix of the song On a ragga tip.. and without the fast parts but with the bassline and a man singing/rapping.
the other songs were also sung by the same singer/rapper... a singer with a nice deep and low voice.

The cassette dates back to the ....late 90's but i dont know if the songs also belong to the same period.

If anyone knows or have some guesses that would be chill
