Bad DNS Server

    Hey. Whats Up? So I Have A Verizon Modem I think its a old model im not sure.
    Buh Probly like twice every week my Internet service goes down. Everytime i trubleshoot it seys its the DNS Server.
    How Can I Get A Better DNS Server So My Internet Can Stop Acting Like IT HAS ITS PERIOD lOl.

    and where exactly do you see this when u troubleshoot it?

    right as soon its finish trouble shooting it tells me the problem and it seys dns server

    You can try another dns server and see what happens.
    Google dns server
    IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    or

    Opendns
    IP address:

    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
