Do we still have a local scene in North America for local singers for Chutney, Soca and Reggae including Classic Calypso? Looking to promote some of their music but it appears to be all main stream singers that leads the music industry.
Chutney has taken over the NY scene but to the best of my knowledge their egos hinder their own growth, they take too much after their scratchety mummas & daddies. So North America has a decent music scene, it's just the artists are doomed to be one hit wonders & the genre is going to have to reinvent new artists.
