    Greens represent a convenient, essentially non-caloric, nutrient-dense source of otherwise hard to obtain minerals, like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and manganese.

    For minerals and vitamins. It also have sufficient fiber which improves overall health.

    it helps clean out your body and also makes your skin clearer. It can also help you feel lighter and look skinnier

    Greens are good for your body, and to keep weight down. Too much weight is a health risk for a lot of people.
