    What Programs do you guys like to use when making your mixes or cds ? What's the best programs to master them?

    Acid pro is good Its easy to get used to

    protools or audacity work well

    Magix music maker.
    I've also used a lot of madtracker in the past. Renoise is the thing now if you are going for a tracker.

    If you want a music "editor" (which fixes audio files like equalization and taking out snaps and crackling) then Sound Forge Studio is the perfect software...Now if you want sound "mixing" software then Acid Music Studio is the answer. I use the "Pro" versions of these in my studio because I'm a PC guy and I hate apple and it's products.
