yeah mine had a similar problem once but i think it has something to do with your firewall..mine was workin perfectly after like a week and i didnt change anything.
try seeing if an older version of aim will work instead of like 6.0 and shit try like 5.6 or something
yea web pages nd limewire work if i install new programz tht use internt 2 connect 2 d server it blocks it although its unblocked from my firewall
It's probably blocking certain ports, I suggest you do this, go to firewall settings, it's located in "start" "control panel" "security center" "firewall settings" (in that order) double click the firewall icon and instead of turning it off..."allow an exception" (or basically allow a specific program through the firewall) to do this just make sure "enable exceptions" is clicked...and click "add program" or "allow program exception" at the top of that window....it will show a list of programs that are already allowed to come through the firewall...you simply need to click "add program" to add another program to the list of programs able to come throught the firewall.
