    i do mainly compound, full body exercises so it's more on the powerlifting side. rarely i do any isolated exercises but i'm sure a few people on here are into bodybuilding.

    i do both on work out days; start off powerlifting and then isolate...

    right now im cutting, never thought it would be so hard lol; would prefer to go ham on some real weights

    Whats your height & weight MP?

    I do somewhat of a mix of both bodybuilding and power lifting, I'm starting to lean more to power lifting now for athletic reasons.

    power building :) incorporate bodybuilding moves as accessory exercises while on a powerlifting program. more volume more strength
